I rec’d my order 1848882 on 4/26/26,which contained 2 BH71T5550.I had contacted BLUM for the correct replacement part. I rec’d 2, however 1 was broken. I called your help tel # 561 295 8576, spoke with Jock: one of my hinges was broken, I ordered 2 because Blum said I should change both hinges. I changed both hinges,however one of the new hinges was broken & explained that I changed one hinge & used one of the old hinges. Jock said he would send this info to customer service. I rec’d an email asking me if my cab was framed or unframed & requested overlay measurements. I provided this info with PICTURES of the new hinge that was broken. I explained the problem & I don’t understand why I had to provide the overlay measurements along with “framed or frameless info while I explicitly explained the problem & sent picture. I am still waiting for 1 replacement hinge. PLEASE HELP1

I sent pictures of the old hinge to your representative. It was a Blum hinge. From that picture he sent me what he believed was the replacement. I installed and it worked perfectly. The house is being sold, so the owner was anxious to get the new hinge in place so that there would be no mishaps during showing. Your representative was very helpful and patient. Overall, he made it a great experience.

Shopped at three different stores to find hinge maching the ones I have with negative results. Found what I needed at Cabinet Parts and ordered it. Order came in a few days later, only to find out the "wing" that was broken on my cabinet did not come with the hinge part ordered. My mistake in looking and not realizing what piece of the part was broken. Needless to say, I ordered the "wing" part and recieved them a few days later. I couldnt for the life of me fit the two pieces together and figured I had to start all over age, but a friend advised I was trying to attach it wrong! I replaced the "wing" to my original hindge and mounted them and they work as good as new. Thanks Cabinet Parts, but for people like me who dont often read all the fine print, show the "wing" as parts often ordered together to save some peopel the hassle. THANKS!
