    I needed eight hinges for my home improvement project. So I ordered it and found out that there were two hinges in each packet. So I spent twice as much as I needed had to return half of my order and pay shipping to get back. I wish there was clear communication and the description to illuminate the excess of costs on my part and time

    After purchasing this product, it ended up being the wrong size. When I processed the return, they only gave me 1/4 of my original purchase price back. Next time I will go to Build.com as they give you 100% of your purchase price back on all returns.
